Rates

The apartment sleeps 3 comfortably or a family of 4, for the 3rd and 4th person there is an additional cost of £25.00 per week for children or £50.00 per week for adults. This is to cover the extra linen that needs washing and also the extra electric for the hot water and the aircon.

The apartment is cleaned and set up ready befor your arrival, we do not offer a maid service but can arrange for a mid stay clean £25.00 and Linen change £7.00 per bed booked. We do provide a washer should you wish to change the linen and towels yourself, all we ask is for you to wash and iron them and put them back into the store cupboard.

A Welcome pack can be arranged for you at an additional cost of £7.00, this consists of water, milk, butter, coffee, tea, suger, eggs, bread and perservatives.

A Deposit of 50% of your rental cost is needed to secure your booking. The rest is due 6 weeks before your due to start your holiday along with a £85.00 security deposit. The security deposit is returned once we have had confirmation from Cyprus that all is secure and well in the apartment and the keys have been returned to us.
